Wearables show how you sleep, recover and move. Lab work shows what a questionnaire misses. A physician reads it all.
Most wellness programs hand employees an app and hope. EPX3 pairs wearable health trackers with a doctor who actually reviews the data — sleep, recovery, daily movement, heart-rate variability — and turns it into specific actions for each person and for the company. Physical gains and mental gains, both measured. That is how health improvements become performance numbers your business can see.
Every participant starts with a wearable baseline and a brief clinical intake, so progress is measured against their own numbers — not a population average.
Dr. Majette reviews the trends and flags what matters: poor recovery patterns, sedentary load, and early signals worth a conversation with the employee's own physician.
Leadership sees aggregate movement, recovery, and engagement trends. Each employee's personal data stays with the employee.
Participation is voluntary. No family medical history is asked. Group results are shown only when a group is large enough to protect each person (a minimum of 10). No insurance billing.
The same data that lifts performance this quarter builds a long-term health picture that helps catch problems years earlier — for the employee, and for the company that depends on them.
EPX3 is built to read data from the tools people already trust. Here are examples. Accepting HSA/FSA cards

In a 2026 review of 56 workplace blood-testing programs, favorable economic results appeared almost only where a physician or coordinator followed up on the results. Testing alone did not stand out. That is why every EPX3 participant gets a doctor’s review and a weekly check-in.
