About 25 volunteers. Measured at the start and at day 90. Group results only.
There is an intentional purity to the EPX3 Company Athlete Protocol that you will not find in mass-market wellness apps.
To maintain an unyielding standard of clinical excellence and executive impact, EPX3 works with a strictly limited number of corporate partners: no more than three enterprises at a time.
Inside your organization, your team members are never treated as anonymous data points on a dashboard. Every participant is one of just 50 to 100 individuals assigned directly to a dedicated EPX3 physician, with high-touch, concierge-style care, personal bio-tracking, and workstation guidance, modeled on the care that elite professional athletes and executive family practices receive.
Ongoing clinical review of wearable metrics (HRV, sleep and movement) by an actively practicing physician, not an algorithm.
Physician-guided coaching across physical capacity, emotional climate, mental focus and purpose, to address Digital Sedentary Syndrome (“desk-driver” fatigue) and decision burnout.
EPX3 Health & Bio-Recovery works alongside The Capital Gains Institute, pairing physical restoration with AI-driven business skills, so your people have both the energy and the tools to do their best work.
Group reporting only, with automated privacy floors (groups of ten or more). Leadership sees group numbers. Personal health data stays between each person and the clinic.
We deliberately cap our clinical capacity so your workforce gets our undivided attention and rapid response times. Then we measure, and we show you what changed.
DSS is a proposed clinical framework developed by Dr. Michael Majette. It is not an established medical diagnosis, and it is not recognized in the ICD or DSM. Its components are individually well documented; the framework and the EPX3 program built on it are being tested.

We are opening a small number of founding-partner pilots with Tampa Bay employers. The first three companies get the most attention from Dr. Majette, and a founding-partner rate of 50% off for the full 90-day pilot.
What we do not promise: savings, a return on your money, or a health result. We promise to measure, and to show you what changed.
Florida’s Incumbent Worker Training program can help pay for some employee skills training, such as AI skills. Funding is up to $25,000 per company each program year and up to $3,500 per trainee. The employer pays a share, based on company size.
Your local CareerSource office decides every application. We help you apply to CareerSource at the start, so any grant for which you qualify can be applied alongside the pilot. EPX3 does not promise approval, and not every part of EPX3 is eligible. We will tell you what we know, and you confirm with CareerSource.
You and the clinic. Your employer sees only anonymous group results, and only for groups of ten or more.

No. We promise to measure and to show you what changed. See the evidence for what the research does and does not show.
