Your first 90 days, step by step, in plain words. Joining is voluntary, and your personal results stay yours.
EPX3 looks at the whole picture of a desk-bound day: your blood work, your daily trends, and the way you actually work. A licensed clinician reviews what it finds with you.
A wearable cannot see things like cholesterol, blood sugar or inflammation. EPX3 starts with a clinical baseline: an intake and the blood work your company chooses, reviewed by a licensed clinician on Dr. Majette’s team.
Eight to ten hours at a desk does its own kind of wear: a stiff neck, a sore back, tired eyes, the 2 PM slump. EPX3 is built around that desk day, with short movement breaks and simple setup changes people can keep.
Energy is a work matter, not only a health matter. Through the Capital Gains Institute, you learn practical AI skills for your own job, and everyone who finishes the 90 days is offered the G.A.I.N.S. certification.
A short digital intake and the blood work your company has chosen. A licensed clinician goes over your results with you in a private review.
The wearable your company chooses tracks sleep, heart rate and activity over time. It shows trends, not a diagnosis, and you decide what to share.
Each week, one practical AI shortcut for a real task, through the Capital Gains Institute. Optional, and built for people who are not “tech people.”
What is included depends on your company’s plan. Everything here is voluntary.
Your company decides which wearable, which blood work, and, only if it is needed, which imaging will be offered to your team. You get a short invitation. Joining or not joining has no effect on your job.
You meet Dr. Majette or a licensed clinician on his team for an introduction and receive your welcome packet. You complete your intake forms and receive your login and password for the member portal. You are set up with your wearable, your blood work is scheduled, and imaging happens only if your clinician decides it would help. Your first one-on-one consultation takes place.
Usually within a week of your results coming back, and up to two weeks if the lab is slow. You sit down with your clinician and go over what your results show. Together you build your personal plan: what is in your best interest, and what matters most to you across physical, emotional, mental and purpose-and-meaning health.
Four quick ratings a day, about a minute in all. A short walking break about once an hour. A steady sleep window. A two-minute recovery pause. One practical AI shortcut a week. Your clinician checks in, and you can see your own trends in the portal.
You repeat the same measures you took at the start and see your own before-and-after report. Your company sees group results only. Every graduate is offered the G.A.I.N.S. certification.
EPX3 builds on a well-known energy-management idea from performance psychology. It is a working model, not a proven treatment.
Movement, sleep and food habits you can keep. Small steps that add up.
A two-minute recovery pause between meetings and at the end of the day. A short breathing break many people find calming.
Three priorities before email, a protected focus block, and one AI shortcut a week on real work.
A two-minute daily pause on what mattered and who your work is for. Always optional. No one asks about religion, and nothing about it is reported to your employer.
| What you receive | What your company receives | |
|---|---|---|
| Health check | Blood work and wearable trends, explained to you in person by a licensed clinician, not a generic chart. | An earlier look at how the team is doing, as group results only. |
| Workday | Habits aimed at stiff necks, sore backs, tired eyes and the 2 PM slump. | A team that sits less and recovers better, measured before and after. |
| Career and skills | Practical AI skills for your own job and the G.A.I.N.S. certification, offered at the end. | Employees who use AI on real work, one practical shortcut at a time. |
| Trust | Your personal data stays yours. | A voluntary program built with disability and genetic-information rules in mind, and three numbers you already track (absence, turnover, engagement) compared before and after. |
